Virtual Care
A virtual sleep medicine platform covering the spectrum of patient needs. Providing customized and comprehensive sleep care, anywhere.
We’re in-network with the majority of regional and national insurance companies.
Since 2005, board-certified sleep physicians, board-registered polysomnographic technicians and registered respiratory therapists are the foundation of our patient-focused, comprehensive clinical model.
TELEMEDICINE (TM)
What is Telemedicine?
Telemedicine (TM) is a popular, virtual alternative to traditional in-office visits. A live, face-to-face interaction (think FaceTime or Skype) via electronic communication is used to deliver care between a provider and patient.
It provides flexibility for those who have travel challenges/limitations, struggle to fit in doctor visits into their schedule, don’t have a sleep specialist in their area, or prefer to use technology.
TM consultations are readily available with our team of sleep specialists for:
- Practice backlog
- Temporary provider coverage
- Patients impacted by geography
- Patients desiring convenience
Patients easily connect through their computer, laptop, or mobile device.
Anyone who’d like a new patient or follow-up visit, has an existing appointment, or needs to “meet” with a respiratory therapist.
In order to use TM, you need: an iPhone/Android, laptop, computer, or iPad with working camera; a reliable internet/phone connection; and a private, well-lit location. TM may not be the right platform for everyone, so we’ll ask you a few questions to make sure TM will work for your visit.
A lot! Our providers can:
- diagnose and treat over 80 types of sleep disorders
- write prescriptions for medications, CPAP machines, masks, oral appliances for sleep apnea
- sign job-related and insurance-related documents related to your sleep disorder
- explain your sleep apnea test results to you, review the diagnosis, and recommend treatment
- manage your CPAP machine, analyze data and make any needed changes
TM is covered by most insurances. We’ll verify your insurance coverage for you prior to scheduling you for a TM appointment. However, we recommend you review your insurance plan to understand your coverage.

Home Sleep Apnea Test (HST)
What’s A Home Sleep Apnea Test (HST)?
An HST is easy, convenient, and done at home. Unlike an overnight sleep study, which provides a more thorough assessment of sleep issues, an HST is used to diagnose only sleep apnea. It records your breathing, blood oxygen levels and breathing effort.
It can either be picked up from one of our locations or mailed to you.

CPAP THERAPY
What is PAP/CPAP Therapy?
Positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy is a general term used for all sleep apnea treatments that keep the airway open while sleeping by providing a constant stream of air through a mask. This eliminates snoring or breathing pauses during sleep and allows you to sleep through the night without waking up from a lack of oxygen. When referring to PAP therapy, CPAP is the term most often used, since it’s the most commonly used PAP device.
Convenience and expertise meet on our online CPAP division:
- We ship CPAP equipment and supplies directly to patients.
Patients can easily order supplies online.
CPAP setups and troubleshooting are easily managed by our Registered Respiratory Therapists via telemedicine.
