Have you ever wondered If you have a sleep disorder?
There are over 80 types of sleep disorders, and our sleep specialists are experts at identifying and treating them so you can start to sleep better. We've narrowed things down a bit here, focusing on the five most common sleep disorders: insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, excessive sleepiness, restless leg syndrome and narcolepsy.
These brief quizzes can't give you a diagnosis, but they can help you determine whether you should be further evaluated by a sleep specialist. We're here to help if you'd like to have a conversation with one of our specialists about your sleep health.
