You now have three options:
- Send payment in the mail to Athena Health, PO Box 27637, Belfast, ME 04915-2028
- Use the Patient Portal to make a secure, online payment. If you haven’t logged into our new Patient Portal, please contact your Sleep Insights’ office location or email us to have a portal activation link sent to you. You’ll need to provide us with an email in order for us to send you the activation link. When we recently changed our electronic medical records system, patient balances didn’t transfer from our former payment system. We truly apologize for this inconvenience. Any new charges posted after March 25th will be shown on the new Portal and can be paid in the new Portal.
- Call your Sleep Insights’ office location to make a payment over the phone.
Activating your Patient Portal
- Once you receive your activation link from us, you’ll be prompted to select the name of the practice you normally visit. Sleep Insights has locations in Western New York; Ghaly Sleep Center is located in Syracuse.

We’ve circled the area in red that you need to use to create an account: Don’t have an account? Sign up today to stay connected to your healthcare. Do not try to Log In with AthenaHealth if you haven’t set up a new account.
Once you’ve set up your new Portal account, you can go to the left side of this page (highlighted in yellow above) to easily pay your bill or go into your account to pay your bill. If you have an statement reflecting a balance due, but your balance in the new portal is $0, you will need to contact our billing department to pay your balanc
