If you’ve lost or forgotten your Portal login, we can mail your portal password to the address we have on file. Due to the security of the Portal, we cannot call, text, or email you login information.

Preparing for a Sleep Test
Our sleep testing page has all the information you need about sleep tests, what to expect, and what to do to prepare for one.
Conveniently order PAP/CPAP supplies and products from us. No credit card information is taken; simply identify the items you would like. We review your order, verify insurance coverage, and contact you to review coverage and cost.
Once you approve the order:

you will not receive a surprise shipment
Your PAP/CPAP equipment will need regular replacement and cleaning. Information is also available for travel or personal care:

Most national commercial carriers (such as Aetna and UnitedHealthcare)
We do not accept Workers’ Compensation plans.
For sleep studies, we’ll contact your insurance to determine the portion for which you will be responsible.
