Please call 5 business days in advance for any prescription refill.
If you’ve lost or forgotten your Portal login, we can mail your portal password to the address we have on file. Due to the security of the Portal, we cannot call, text, or email you login information.
The Portal provides you with secure access to:
- View (and download) your personal health records
- Request an appointment
- Request prescription refills
- Communicate with the office
- Review what your provider discussed with you
- View your statement
- Make a payment
Our sleep testing page has all the information you need about sleep tests, what to expect, and what to do to prepare for one.
Conveniently order PAP/CPAP supplies and products from us. No credit card information is taken; simply identify the items you would like. We review your order, verify insurance coverage, and contact you to review coverage and cost.
Once you approve the order:
- we’ll take payment over the phone and make arrangements for delivery
- shipping is always free
- you will not receive a surprise shipment
Your PAP/CPAP equipment will need regular replacement and cleaning. Information is also available for travel or personal care:
FOR PROVIDER VISITS AND TESTING:
We accept the majority of insurances, including:
- Most local commercial carriers (such as Excellus and MVP)
- Most national commercial carriers (such as Aetna and UnitedHealthcare)
We do not accept Workers’ Compensation plans.
We’ll contact your insurance to verify coverage, obtain any necessary prior authorization for sleep studies, and determine the portion for which you will be responsible.

FOR PAP/CPAP EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES:

We will contact your insurance to determine the portion for which you will be responsible. If you have different insurance than those we accept, a member of our CPAP staff can assist you with selecting a durable medical equipment (DME) provider who participates with your insurance:

We accept credit cards, debit cards with Visa/Mastercard logos, checks and cash. Payment can be made in person, on the Patient Portal or over the phone.
